Lot #2024-317 · Seattle, WA — 1962 Elementary School Teardown
Vitreous glass mosaic sheets from the lobby and corridors of a 1962 Seattle elementary school. Original Bisazza-era production — the color saturation and surface texture haven't been manufactured since the 1980s. Turquoise, cream, and charcoal in a geometric repeat. Mesh-mounted, sheets mostly intact. 2 pallets. This is the kind of find you tell people about.

Who We Serve

You're rehabbing 8 rentals this quarter. You need 400 sq ft of 4×4 white ceramic that doesn't cost what new tile costs. We pull it by the pallet from commercial demolitions — same grade, a third of the price.
avg. savings vs. big-box retail

Your client needs 22 sq ft of a 1970s handmade Saltillo to patch a courtyard. It's discontinued everywhere. We sort by pattern, decade, and origin — if it exists in reclaim, it's in our inventory.

New pavers look new. Your clients want the weathered, worn-in look of something that's been rained on for 40 years. Our reclaimed terracotta and bluestone come pre-aged — authentically.
